Tsuyuhikari is a rare Japanese single-cultivar matcha harvested in limited quantities each year. Grown in Yame, Fukuoka and stone-milled to preserve its prized vibrant green color, rich umami, and natural sweetness. 🍵

Tsuyuhikari is high in theanine, the amino acid responsible for tea’s sweetness and savory depth. It offers a smooth, balanced cup with very little bitterness or astringency. Expect notes of toasted nuts, fresh greens, and a creamy, naturally sweet finish. 💚
